Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement

Anouar Dbiali provides professional software configuration, hardening, and consulting services for the open-source Traccar GPS tracking platform and Linux VPS environments.

2. Server Ownership & Hosting Responsibility

The client is responsible for maintaining active, paid hosting accounts with their cloud VPS provider (e.g. Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS, OVH, etc.). The consultant configures and hardens the environment but does not act as a domain registrar or VPS infrastructure reseller unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client Backups & Security Sign-Off

While security hardening (firewall rules, SSL certificates, brute-force shields) and backup scripts are implemented in accordance with industry best practices, the client is encouraged to regularly rotate administrative passwords and verify disaster recovery routines following project hand-off.

4. Warranty & Support Windows

Fixed packages include stated post-deployment support periods (e.g., 7 days for Launch Fast, 14 days for Brand & Alert). Ongoing maintenance requires an active Managed Traccar subscription.
